Inside Flow Teacher Training August 4-10, 2025

10:00-12:30 pm – Training

12:30-2 pm – Lunch Break (lunch is provided for trainees for 6 days August 4-9th)

2-5 pm – Training

*August 10 - Concert: 11-4pm (lunch is not included) and will take place at The Webster in Hartford, CT.

Teaching exams will take place on August 9th and our finale is the Inside Flow concert

Please note that the training + concert will be a total of 50-hours certification, made up of 36 contact hours (in-person lessons) with 14 hours non-contact (assignments, group work and post-training actions etc).

To receive certification, you must attend ALL in-person training hours on August 4-10, 2025 from 10 am-5 pm and pass the exam. No exceptions will be made.

The Inside Flow Concert will take place on the last day of the training—Sunday, August 10, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at The Webster, located at 31 Webster St, Hartford, CT 06114.

Please note: the concert will be held at a different location than the training venue, but don’t worry—it’s within easy driving distance and close to BDL Airport if you plan to fly out afterward.

This concert is an official part of the 7-day, 50-hour training. Attendance is required in order to receive your full certification.
It’s not optional—it’s your grand finale, and an important piece of the experience you’ve committed to.

Upon successfully completing the teacher training and passing the teaching exam, you will be awarded the Inside Flow 50hr certificate.

It is important to note that Inside Flow is a registered trademark and a branded style, and as such, those who wish to teach it are required to register on insideflow.com and pay an annual licensing fee of 108€.

Already a registered Inside Flow teacher: Add the 50 TRC hours to your existing teacher profile to progress toward your next level.

Once you’ve registered and received your license you can teach Inside Flow classes. Check out the different levels & benefits on insideflow.com to familiarize yourself with the system.

All contents of the Inside Flow training may only be used with an active license on insideflow.com. Classes containing the contents of the TTC must not be named any different than “Inside Flow”. 

There are NO pre-requisites for this training. Go ahead and sign up!

There are only recommendations.

To ensure that you are fully prepared for the Inside Flow Teacher Training, we highly recommend the following:

Experiencing Inside Flow classes (online or in- person) before the training starts will give you a solid understanding of the practice and its unique flow. This will help you get the most out of the training and know what to expect for this pracitce. (Classes can be taken online or offline)

A vinyasa practice and a passion for music are recommended for the training, as these elements are essential to the Inside Flow practice.

By meeting these recommendations, you will be ready to dive into the training and gain a deeper understanding of Inside Flow, its philosophy, and its transformative potential.

If you love music, flow, and learning then this training is perfect for you!

To ensure attendance for the entire training, plan your flight arrival on August 3rd and departure on August 11th.

Travel is not included. You are responsible for booking your own travel and getting yourself to the hotel.

From Bradley International Airport (BDL):

Rental Car: The easiest and most flexible option would be to rent a car at the airport and drive to the hotel. The hotel is located approximately 35 miles from BDL Airport, and the drive will take approximately 40-50 minutes depending on traffic.

Private Car or Taxi: You can also hire a private car or taxi from the airport to take you to the hotel. You can check online for private car or taxi services in the area.

Public Transportation: If you prefer not to rent a car or hire a private car or taxi, you can take public transportation. However, this option can be a bit more complicated and time-consuming. You can take the Bradley Flyer shuttle from BDL Airport to the Hartford Bus Station, and then take the bus to Southbury, CT. The nearest bus stop to the hotel is the Heritage Hotel bus stop, which is located right in front of the hotel. You can check online for the bus schedule and ticket information.

From the New York Airport (JFK, LGA, or EWR):

Rental Car: The easiest and most flexible option would be to rent a car at the airport and drive to the hotel. The hotel is located approximately 80 miles from JFK Airport, 85 miles from LGA, and 85 miles from EWR. The drive will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic.

Private Car or Taxi: You can also hire a private car or taxi from the airport to take you to the hotel. This can be a more comfortable option than public transportation, but it may be more expensive. You can check online for private car or taxi services in the area.

Public Transportation: If you prefer not to rent a car or hire a private car or taxi, you can take public transportation. However, this option can be a bit more complicated and time-consuming. You can take the AirTrain from JFK or Newark Airport to the subway or train station, and then take the train to Southbury, CT. The nearest train station to the hotel is the Waterbury Train Station, which is approximately 10 miles from the hotel. From the train station, you can take a taxi or Uber to the hotel.

If you decide to rent a car, the hotel offers free parking, and you can easily explore the surrounding area. Additionally, if you're flying into JFK or LGA, you can take advantage of the hotel's shuttle service for an additional fee. To reserve a spot on the shuttle, be sure to contact the hotel in advance. The shuttle service is not available for EWR.

From Westchester County Airport (HPN):

Rental Car: Renting a car is the easiest and most flexible option. The hotel is approximately 55 miles from the airport, and the drive will take about an hour depending on traffic. There are several car rental companies located at the airport, and you can reserve a car in advance to save time.

Private Car or Taxi: You can also hire a private car or taxi to take you to the hotel. This option can be more comfortable than public transportation, but it may be more expensive. You can check online for private car or taxi services in the area.

Public Transportation: You can take a combination of buses and trains to reach the Heritage Hotel & Spa. First, take the Bee-Line bus from the airport to the White Plains Train Station. From there, take the Metro-North train to the Waterbury Station, and then take a taxi or Uber to the hotel. This option can take several hours and requires multiple transfers, so it may not be the most convenient option.

Regardless of which option you choose, it's always a good idea to plan ahead and book your transportation in advance to avoid any stress or delays.

Refund Policy: If Participant has purchased a ticket to Inside Flow Teacher Training, no refunds will be offered for any reason once ticket has been purchased.

If for any reason Company must cancel or reschedule Event due to illness, weather, or any other reason, including but not limited to restrictions, mandates, or other changes due to COVID-19, Company will provide all participants with as much notice as possible, as well as the rescheduled date, if known. If Participant may not attend on the newly scheduled date, Participant will be offered a credit to attend the next in-person event within 12 month time frame hosted by Company; no monetary refund will be offered. 

There are no refunds. By registering for this commitment, you agree to these terms. Please make sure you are ready and committed to joining August 4-10, 2025
