Hi! I’m Rebecca Rasmussen… Senior Inside Flow Teacher, former professional dancer with MOMIX, and your biggest hype woman for this event.

Inside Flow changed my life. I’ve taught this style around the world… and now, I’m bringing it HOME in a way that’s never been done before.

This summer, I’m beyond honored to welcome the Founder of Inside Flow, Young Ho Kim, back to the USA for his second-ever teacher training here—and our very first Inside Flow Concert.

Young Ho is a globally renowned yoga innovator known for blending tradition with creativity and joy. His presence is magnetic. His expertise is next level and he’s just an overall special human.

This concert is more than an event. It’s a celebration of what's possible when we practice Inside Flow.
