FLOW INTO BLISS RETREAT

A week of joy, connection, and the kind of peace you’ve been craving

After seven years, Beau and Rebecca are back together and this time it’s a retreat experience that’s both refined and deeply transformational.

Flow Into Bliss is a week on the Panama coastline built around three things: moving your body in ways that feel genuinely good, connecting with people who get it, and finally exhaling.

This is not just a yoga retreat.
It is a journey through movement, creativity, and connection so you can leave feeling more joy and a deeper sense of peace that you’ve been craving.

THE PRACTICE

What we’ll actually do together

Our teaching is deeply influenced by our background as dancers.

We care about how things feel—not just how they look.

The way you move.
The way you transition.
The way you listen to your body.

Expect classes that are creative, challenging, and fluid, with space for both structure and freedom.

CARD 1 — VINYASA FLOW
Dynamic, breath-led, and grounding. The kind of class that leaves you feeling wrung out in the best way.
CARD 2 — INSIDE FLOW
Rebecca’s specialty — movement choreographed to music. When breath and sound click together, it hits different.
CARD 3 — YIN YOGA
Slower, quieter, and genuinely restorative. This is where you stop doing and start being.
CARD 4 — SHAKE YOUR CHAKRAS
A somatic movement experience built for release and expression. Expect to feel a little silly and a lot free.

THE SETTING

Where we’re going

BODY COPY

Sansara Resort. Cambutal, Panama. Five hours from Panama City, tucked at the edge of the Azuero Peninsula where the mountains drop right into the Pacific.

People describe Cambutal as “wild west meets Hawaii, but with way fewer people.” Black sand beaches that go on forever. Empty waves. The kind of quiet that actually quiets your mind.

It’s far enough from your regular life that you can’t help but let go of it. That’s the point.

The yoga shala is open-air, thatched roof, and faces the ocean. You’ll practice with the sound of waves and a breeze rolling in off the Pacific. The whole resort is built around that same unhurried energy — sansara means “continuous flow,” and you feel it the moment you arrive.

SECTION HEADER

Why we’re doing this

BODY COPY

We’ve both been teaching for a long time. We’ve both led retreats. But coming back together after seven years feels different from anything we’ve done before.

More settled. More honest. More us.

We’re not here to pack your schedule or keep you “on” all week. We’re here to create space for you to actually breathe — to move, connect, laugh, and remember what it feels like when your body and your mind are on the same team.

We’ll hold the structure. You bring yourself.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH

Not just a really great tan (though yes, that too).

You’ll leave with a body that feels more alive and a calmness thats untouchable.

A sense of creative expression you maybe forgot you had.

Real friendships with people who moved, laughed, and showed up alongside you all week.

And something harder to name…

a quieter version of yourself that you now know how to find again.

That’s bliss. Not a peak moment. A place you come back to.

THE ROOMS

Thirteen private cabanas, each with a patio and steps to the Pacific. No two are exactly the same — which we love. They range from solo setups to rooms that fit 2, 3, or 4, so whether you’re coming alone, with a friend, or in a little crew, there’s something that fits.

The vibe inside is calm and simple — soft linens, air conditioning (because yes, it’s warm), a mini fridge, and bath products that feel genuinely luxurious after a full day of sun and saltwater. You’ll sleep so well here.

Solo travelers, you’re going to feel totally at home. And if you’re thinking of coming with a friend or two, reach out — we’ll sort the room situation together.

* Inquire about single, triple, or quad rooms. Triples and quads need a full group of 3 or 4 to book.

THE FOOD & BAR

The food is really, really good

BODY COPY

The Buddha Bar at Sansara sources from local farmers and fishermen, and you can taste it. Breakfast runs until 10:30 so there’s no alarm anxiety. Lunch is fresh and light. Dinner swings between relaxed family-style sharing and proper multi-course meals — both equally delicious.

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free — all covered. The bar has local craft beers, kombucha on tap, and cocktails and mocktails that are genuinely creative (not just a margarita with a cute name).

There’s also a beach bar right on the bay that we can open up whenever the group is feeling it — day or night. No agenda, just good drinks and ocean views.

THE SURF

Oh, and there’s surf

BODY COPY

Cambutal is genuinely one of the best surf spots in Central America — beach breaks, point breaks, reef breaks. Whether you’ve never tried it or you’ve been surfing for years, the conditions here work for everyone.

Your retreat package includes one complimentary intro-to-surf lesson (on land, in the yoga shala — low pressure, actually fun). Boards are available to rent, and the team can take you out to the breaks.

Not a surfer and not planning to start? Also completely fine. The beach is right there, and the SUP boards and cruiser bikes are yours to use whenever you want.

A TYPICAL DAY

SECTION HEADER

A typical day (loosely)

BODY COPY

We keep it intentionally unscheduled in the best way. Here’s the rough rhythm:

6:00 am — Coffee’s ready whenever you are

7:30–8:00 am — Morning yoga

7:30–10:30 am — Breakfast (from the menu, at your pace)

12:30–2:30 pm — Lunch

2:00–6:00 pm — Yours. Beach, surf, spa, nap, bike, do nothing.

5:00–5:30 pm — Evening yoga

7:30 pm — Dinner together

Times may shift slightly with the tides and the mood of the group — that’s kind of the whole point. We’re not running on a corporate retreat schedule here.

FAQ: Questions we get asked a lot

  • Fly into Panama City (PTY — Tocumen International Airport). We strongly recommend flying in the day before the retreat starts and spending the night in Panama City — it’s a 5-hour drive to Cambutal and you don’t want to be scrambling.

On arrival day, we arrange group transportation from Panama City to Sansara together, so you’re not figuring out a road trip solo. On the way back, we’ll charter a small plane from Cambutal to Panama City if you want to fly out that same day — which is a much faster and honestly really cool way to end the trip.

  • Yes — and we’ll send you our recommendations once you’re registered. Panama City has great options at every price point, and it’s worth building in a night to land, decompress, and actually enjoy the city before heading south.

  • If you have a regular practice and feel comfortable in a vinyasa class, you’re good. You don’t need to be advanced but this retreat isn’t designed for total beginners either. We move, we sweat, and we play. If you’re somewhere in the middle, come anyway and let your body guide you.

  • Not at all. Your package includes a complimentary intro-to-surf lesson — it’s done on land in the yoga shala, so it’s genuinely low pressure. If you already surf, there are boards to rent and guided trips to the breaks. And if you have zero interest in surfing, that’s completely fine too. The beach, the SUPs, and the bikes are right there.

  • Genuinely no — and we say that having watched it happen over and over. Something about moving together, eating together, laughing at each other in class… it fast-tracks connection in a way that’s hard to replicate anywhere else. Solo travelers almost always leave as the social glue of the group. Come alone. You won’t feel that way for long.

  • Yes — rooms are available for 1, 2, 3, or 4 people. Reach out and we’ll match you to the right setup. Triples and quads do need a full group of 3 or 4 to book.

  • Yes. The Buddha Bar kitchen does vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free really well — it’s not an afterthought. We will send our a registration form so you’ll let us know on that form and we’ll make sure Sansara has everything noted before you arrive.
