Yoga Lab

Yoga Lab is designed for students to gain a better understanding of their bodies in yoga poses. Special focus will be placed on deconstructing and adjusting poses to individual needs and abilities while building strength and awareness within the posture. Learning more about the specific ingredients that make up a pose such as muscle engagement, bone placement, and breath through refinement, self-reflection, and discovery.
