Spring Awakening: Yoga, Song, and Meditation with Melissa and Rebecca

Let’s join together to welcome the beginning of transitioning into the warmth! We will begin with an all levels revitalizing yoga practice led by Rebecca to awaken, rejuvenate, and replenish the body to prepare the journey into Spring. To further awaken from a long winters slumber, we will call in Spring with Celtic Song. When people gather together in song, they share a stronger language than words. Our time together will be concluded by a guided meditation led by Melissa meant to help you tend your mental garden and plant the seeds for our souls purpose. Join us to celebrate the Spring Equinox!
